About me
I'm a certified sleep consultant, counsellor, and life coach, and I support international families through a holistic approach to better sleep. By combining these backgrounds, I'm able to look beyond sleep alone and understand the whole picture: your child, your family, and the unique challenges you're facing.
Having lived abroad myself, I understand how rewarding but also how isolating raising a family away from home can be. My goal is to be part of your village: someone who listens, guides, and supports you with practical advice, compassion, and encouragement.
I speak English, Italian, and Dutch.
Two cultures
My mum is Dutch and my dad is Italian. I was born in Alkmaar and grew up in Rome, between two languages, two cultures, and two completely different ways of being. It taught me early that there is no single right way to raise a child, to soothe a baby, or to make a home.
It also meant I never felt fully Italian, and now that I live in the Netherlands I don't feel fully Dutch either. That in-between feeling is a big part of why I work with international families. I know what it is to build a life away from where you started, so I look at each family the way it is, without assumptions, before I ever suggest a change.
Where it comes from
My curiosity about children began long before this became my career. I chose to study literature, art, pedagogy, and psychology because I wanted to better understand children's development and the profound connection between a child's wellbeing and their parents'.
Over the past fifteen years, working as an au pair, nanny, and early childhood educator in different countries, I've learned not only to understand babies' cues and needs, but also to truly listen to parents. Every family has its own story, values, and challenges, and taking the time to understand them is where meaningful support begins.

These aren't methods. They're promises about how it feels to work together.
I learn your child and your rhythms before I ever suggest a change. The full picture always comes first.
No cry-it-out scripts, no rigid systems. Responsive, evidence-informed support that respects your instincts.
You leave more confident, not more dependent, and trusting your own judgement for whatever comes next.
My promise to you
"I promise to meet you where you are, and to be honest with you about where we need to go. Change isn't always comfortable, and I'll sometimes ask you to trust me through it. I'll never push you somewhere that isn't right for your family, but I will gently push when I know it will help."
